قال علي بركة ممثل حماس في لبنان:
• حماس تعتقد أن فلسطين من البحر للنهر هي أرض الشعب العربي الفلسطيني ولا يمكن لحماس أن تتنازل عن أي شبر من أرض فلسطين التاريخية هي تسعى لتحرير فلسطين كلها وحق العودة وإقامة الدولة الفلسطينية المستقلة على كامل التراب الوطني الفلسطيني.
• توافقنا مع الفصائل الفلسطينية في وثيقة الأسرى أن من حق الشعب الفلسطيني تحرير أرضه وإقامة دولته المستقلة على حدود 67 وعاصمتها القدس الشريف دون أن نعترف في الكيان الإسرائيلي.
• يهمنا أولاً تحرير الأرض، دولة دون أرض محررة تبقى دولة ناقصة ودون سيادة، الإنجاز الذي تم في الأمم المتحدة مؤخراً إعتبرناه إنجاز بكن هذا ليس الهدف المنشود للشعب الفلسطيني.
• لا نقبل أن تكون دولة ال 67 هي الحل النهائي للصراع هذا جزء من الحق الفلسطيني، الأخوة في فتح لم نسمع أحد منهم يقول أنهم يعترفون في إسرائيل لكن منظمة التحرير هي التي إعترفت.
• نحن نرفض الإعتراف في الكيان الصهيوني ولا نقبل من أي فلسطيني أن يتنازل عن الحق التاريخي للشعب الفلسطيني.
• حماس ترفض حل الدولتين بشكل واضح، نحن لا نقبل أن يكون هناك سلام نهائي نقبل في هدنة وتهدئة مع الجانب الصهيوني.
• برنامج منظمة التحرير الذي أعتمد عام 88 لم تشارك في حماس وعندما تدخل حماس والجهاد الإسلامي لمنظمة التحرير وفق برنامج المصالحة الفلسطينية هذا ينص على إنتخابات مجلس وطني وتشريعي والسلطة، سيتم وضع إستراتيجية وطنية جديدة ستأخذ مواقف المنظمات التي ستدخل منظمة التحرير.
• المجلس الوطني الفلسطيني هو الذي سيقر البرنامج السياسي لمنظمة التحرير بعد إعادة تفعيلها وإصلاحها.
• لا يوجد إتفاق بين الرئيس ابو مازن أو الاخ مشعل على حل الولتين، نحن من أجل التوافق الفلسطيني وافقنها على دولة 67 دون الإعتراف بإسرائيل.
• الرئيس ابو مازن يصر على أن تكون حكومة الوحدة فترتها قصيرة.
• الموقف الأمريكي والصهيوني رافض للمصالحة، نحن كحماس وفتح جادون في اطلاق قطارا لمصالحة لكن هناك عوائق قد تواجهنا، مسألة التنسيق الأمني يجب أن يكون لها حل في الضفة الغربية لأنها ستبقى عقبة في طريق المصالحة.
• الأجهزة الأمنية سيتم ترتيبها بعد الحكومة التي ستأتي بعد إنتخاب المجلس التشريعي الجديد.
• نحن نقول للرئيس ابو مازن أن الأوان لإعادة تقييم المرحلة السابقة ولنبني إستراتيجية فلسطينية واحدة ولا أقول موحدة وتستند للثوابت وخيار المقاومة.
قال أمين مقبول أمين سر المجلس الثوري لحركة فتح:
• نسعى لإقامة دولة فلسطينية مستقلة على حدود 4 حزيرات ذات سيادة خالية من المستوطنات وعاصمتها القدس الشريف، هناك مهمات أخرى وكثيرة ومن الثوابت وهي عودة اللاجئين إلى سكناهم في أراضيهم ال 48 هذه قضية كبيرة وهامة ويتعبرها الإسرائيليون أنها تعني بالنسبة لهم زوال الكيان الصهيوني.
• قلنا للأخوة في حماس أن من حقهم كحركة مقاومة فلسطينية أن لا تعترف في دولة إسرائيل وهذا يتعلق بها كحركة حماس، لكن في حالة وجودها في إطار السلطة أو الحكومة الفلسطينية أو في إطار منظمة التحرير فعليها ن تقر في البرنامج المعتمد الذي تم الإتفاق عليه في إطار المجلس الوطني الفلسطيني وأن تحتفظ في موقفها كحركة حماس كما تشاء وهذا ينطبق على حركة فتح وعلى كل الفصائل التي لم تغير مبادئها.
• الشراكة الوطنية تعني وضع إستراتيجية وطنية تحقق الحقوق الوطنية للشعب الفلسطيني وتضع أليات عمل نضالي لتحقيق الحقوق الوطنية، هناك أوجه توافق واضحة للعيان وأعلنت في مؤتمرات صحفية تتعلق في ألية النضال في المرحلة المقبلة.
• بعد أن يتم تفعيل منظمة التحرير وإجراء الإنتخابات يكون هناك تشكيلة جديدة وهيئات قيادية جديدة من حقها أن تعيد أليات العمل النضالية للشعب الفلسطيني ولفصائل منظمة التحرير.
• أتفهم ان حماس لا يمكن ان تتخلى بين يوم وليلة عن رؤيتها الإستراتيجية.
• حكومة توافق وطني تتشكل من شخصيات وطنية مستقلة، النص واضح وموجود ولا إشكالية عليه، البرنامج السياسي للحكومة هو البرنامج السياسي لرئيس الحكومة ولن يكون هناك طرح لبرنامج سياسي.
• الحكومة الفلسطينية لها دور إداري تدير المؤسسات الفلسطينية، الشأن السياسي هو شأن منظمة التحرير كممثل شرعي ووحيد للشعب الفلسطيني، لا حاجة للحديث عن برنامج الحكومة السياسي.
