  المطلوب بهذه المرحلة بان نقف صفا موحدين بالوطن والشتات، وعلينا ان نسلاع الخطى بإتجاه اسقاط الانقسام والانتهاء منه بسلسلة من الخطوات العملية الفعلية عملا ببرنامج اتفاق القاهرة الذي وقع عليه الجميع من اجل مواجهة الائتلاف اليميني المتطرف الذي يتنكر للحقوق الفلسطينية.
  يجب علينا العودة إلى الامم المتحدة، والعمل بموجب قرارات المجلس المركزي لمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية الائتلافية التي اتخذناها جميعا ومعا وبالاجماع بالدعوة إلى مؤتمر دولي لحصل قضايا الصراع الفلسطيني الاسرائيلي.
  حكومة التوافق منذ اللحظة التي تشكلت فيها بصيغتها اعلنت بلغة واضحة ان هذه الحكومة لن تستطيع ان تفعل شيء لانها ليست حكومة توافق وطني شامل، لذلك قلت ان هذه صيغة هذه الحكومة لن تستطيع ان تتحرك إلى الامام لانا كانت على قاعدة ثنانية وليست على قاعدة وطنية، ولذلك عندما تذهب هذه الحكومة إلى قطاع غزة تستضم بسجم كامل من حماس والاجهزة الامنية الخاصة بحماس وهذا ما يؤدي إلى تعطيل كامل.
  ادعو الحكومة ان تلجأ إلى اجتماع اللجنة القيادية العلياحتى تضع اللجنة القيادية العليا برمجة عملية بجدولة عملية لكل القضايا الخمس المعلقة منذ سنوات الانقسام حتى يومنا وعليه تتمكن الحكومة بتعديل لها او تطوير لها او تشكيل حكومة وحدة وطنية شاملة من الجميع لاسقاط الانقسام وحل كل الملفات العالقة، ومن ثم نعود إلى الشعب للعمل على انتخابات تشريعية ورئاسية لكل مؤسسات السلطة ومنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية على اساس الشراكة والوطنية.
