إستضاف برنامج "نقطة إرتكاز" عضو المكتب السياسي للجبهة الديمقراطية لتحرير فلسطين السيد علي فيصل والنائب الثاني لرئيس المجلس التشريعي الفلسطيني حسن خريشة للحديث حول لقاء رئيس السلطة الفلسطينية محمود عباس في باريس وزير الخارجية الامريكي جون كيري والفرنسي مطالبا بإدراج عملية التسوية مع الكيان الاسرائيلي في أطار جدول زمني وإشراف دولي:
قال عضو المكتب السياسي للجبهة الديمقراطية لتحرير فلسطين السيد علي فيصل:
الزيارة التي قام بها الرئيس محمود عباس والتقى فيها وزيرالخارجية الامريكي والفرنسي هي في سياق المنهج وذات الخط الذي سلكته السلطة منذ 23 عاما، ووصل الى الطريق المسدود بفعل السياسة الاسرائيلية وبفعل الغطرسة الاسرائيلية التي تسد الافق أمام اي تسوية عادلة.
السياسة الامريكية الان قد أحتوت السياسة الفرنسية لانها الان منشغلة في التحضير للانتخابات الامريكية ولا يمكن ان تقدم دعما جديا لاي حراك سياسي او اي تسوية سياسية بل هي تمارس الضغط السياسي المستمر على السلطة الفلسطينية.
المبادرة الفرنسية لن ترى الحياة في هذا الوقت ولا في أي وقت مضى طالما الحالة الدولية منحازة لاسرائيل وتكافئ إسرائيل على جرائم الحرب التي ارتكبتها بحق شعبنا في غزة والضفة الغربية.
المبادرة الفرنسية هي مجموعة أفكار يجري تداولها ويجري الحوار حولها، لكن الهدف الرئيسي منها العودة الى مربع المفاوضات بين السلطة الفلسطينية وحكومة الاسرائيلية.
عندما نتحدث عن حل الدولتين نسقط حق عودة اللاجئين الى ديارهم، لان البرنامج المرحلي لمنظمة التحرير دولة فلسطينية مستقلة وعودة اللاجئين الى ديارهم.
الولايات المتحدة الامريكية لا تسمح لاحد بان يقوم بدور الوسيط في الشرق الاوسط طالما هي تريد التفرد بعملية السلام اي عملية فرض الحالة على الساحة الفلسطينية فيما يتناقض مع قرارات الشرعية الدولية.
نحن نحتاج الى سياسة دولية بديلة عن سياسة المفاوضات العقيمة التي أوقعت خسائر كبيرة بنا كشعب فلسطيني، ولكن المبادرة الفرنسية هي ليست سياسة بديلة انما هي في عمق السياسة الامريكية لادارة الصراع في المنطقة.

هناك زحمة في المبادرات المفتوحة أمام الجانب الفلسطيني وهذه المبادرات كلها تبدو لملأ فراغ، واعتقد اللقاء الاخير في فرنسا هو لقاء وداعي لان كيري هو صاحب أكبر عدد من اللقاءات التي عقدت مع الجانب الفلسطيني بحثا عن تسوية.
الاسرائيلين واضحين منذ البدايات بإنهم ضد هذه المبادرة الفرنسية بالرغم ان الفرنسين قدموا الكثير الكثير من الاغراءات للجانب الاسرائيلي لعله يقبل ذلك وحتى عندما جاء وزير الخارجية هنا وتم الرفض بشكل واضح.
أعتقد كل هذه المبادرات الفرنسية هي محاولة لانقاذ الطرف الاسرائيلي أكثر منه لتقديم حلول للجانب الفلسطيني، بإعتبار انه نحن لسنا مؤهلين كفلسطينين في المرحلة الحالية على الاقل ان نأخذ شيئا لانه نحن نعول كثيرا على المبادرات والتسوية.
نحن الان بحاجة الى مراجعة حقيقية شاملة لكل التسوية التي بدأت منذ زمن بعيد، واليوم نحن نستجدي المجتمع الدولي "بقضية تسوية" وان يعقدوا لنا مؤتمر لا نعرف ما هو عنوانه؟ وما هي أهدافه؟.
