  • تصريحات موسى ابو مرزوق واضحة ولا تحتاج للكثير التأويل والتحليل جاء ذلك في سياق حديثة عن اليات العمل مع الاحتلال واحد هذه الاليات تطرق الى الجانب الشرعي ولا مجال للنقاش هنا " حرمة التفاوض مع العدو ".
  • لا اذكر ان حركة حماس اصدرت بشكل رسمي فتوى تحرم فيها التفاوض بشكل شرعي وانما كان الحديث عن اليات في التفاوض.
  • نحن في حركة حماس ليس موجود لدينا نقاش داخلي حول امكانية التفاوض المباشر مع الاحتلال وهذا الامر غير مطروح لا للنقاش ولا للمداولة في داخل الحركة.
  • لا يوجد هناك تغير في استراتيجية حماس ونظرتها للصراع مع الاحتلال نحن نتحدث عن فلسطين التاريخية التي نعرفها فمشروعنا قائم على تحرير الارض كل الارض.
  • نحن لا نريد ان ندخل في جدل فكري حول دور الدين في العمل السياسي في النهاية نحن حركة تحرر وطني فلسطينية بخلفية اسلامية وبتالي العقيدة والمبدأ لها الاعتبار الاساسي بتحركنا فمن ناحية المبدأ الدين يعطينا فسحة كبيرة في التحرك السياسي.
  • لا يوجد اجنحة داخل حركة حماس حول طبيعة العلاقات مع المحتل وان المقاومة هي الوسيلة الانجح لتحقيق مطالب الشعب الفلسطيني فصدر عن المكتب السياسي بيان جاء فيه انه لا يوجد داخل الحركة نقاش حول فكرة التفاوض المباشر مع المحتل.
  • فكرة التفاوض المباشر مع المحتل هو تطور تاريخي للحركة عمل مذل ذلك يحتاج لكثير من الكلام والتمهيد وهذا كلام غير موجود عن الحركة.
  • المفاوضات مع الاحتلال مرفوضا جماهريا في الضفة والقطاع فحركة حماس لا يمكن ان تنضم لفكرة التفاوض لانها فاشلة ولم نحقق منها شيء طيلة 20 عام.
