  يكابد الاسرى الأطفال الفلسطينيين ابشع انواع التعذيب في سجون الاحتلال الاسرائليية، وذلك بحسب ما كشفت عنه هيئة شؤون الاسرى ويذكر ان أكثر من 70 أسير قاصر يقبعون في قسم 4 في سجن مجدو دون وجود ادنى مستلزمات الحياة وان اثار التعذيب تظهر على الكثير من الأطفال.
  اصبح اسم الاسير عبد الله البرغوثي من اكثر اسماء الاسرى شهرة ما بين صفوف الاسرى وذلك بصفته صاحب اعلى حكم في سجون الاحتلال او لانه امضى فترة طويلة بالعزل الانفرادي بالاضافة الى انه يحمل الجنسية الاردنية.
  بالطرق الدبلوماسية والمقاومة الشعبية فقط ننهي الاحتلال، هذا استمداد مواقف الرئيس عباس من مواقفه السابقة وجدد رفضه اي اعمال عنف تستهدف المدنيين من فلسطينين واسرائيليين على حد وصفه، جاء كلامه خلال لقاء جمعه مع المستشارة الالمانية انجيلا ميركيل.
  
  في مقلب اخر من مواقف عباس، اتهم حركة حماس بمحاولة تفجير الاوضاع في الضفة الغربية وزاد ان حركة حماس ترفض اجراء انتخابات رئاسية، وعاد واكد الرئيس ان الاجهزة الأمنية الفلسطينية وبالتنسيق مع قوات الاحتلال اعتقلت في الفترة الماضية 3 شبان كانو يخططوا لتنفيذ عمليات ارهابية بحسب وصفه، وعن انتفاضة القدس رفض وصفها بالانتفاضة.
  وصفت حركة حماس تصريحات الرئيس الفلسطيني محمود عباس بالخطيرة للغاية وقال الناطق باسمها سامي ابو زهري، انه يجب على عباس التوقف عن هكذا تصريحات غريبة عن ثقافة ومقاومة الشعب الفلسطيني.

  - نعتبر هذه التصريحات مستفزة وخارج الاطار الوطني الفلسطيني وهي للاسف تنحاز للاحتلال الصهيوني، والاقرار بالتعاون مع الاحتلال الصهيوني والاعتزاز به واتهام المقاومة وحماس انها تفجر الضفة، يمثل خروج على كل الاعراف الوطنية وعن ثقافة شعبنا الفلسطيني الذي ابدع الانتفاضات.
  - لا نفهم اللغة التي يتحدث بها محمود عباس عن الانتفاضة في الوقت الذي لا يدافع عن ابناء شعبنا، وتصريحاته خروج عن الاجماع الوطني.
  كفى لمثل هذه التصريحات وعلى الاجهزة الامنية ان تنحاز الى الشعب الفلسطيني الى المقاومة وان تتبرئ من التنسيق الامني الذي يتغنى به محمود عباس والذي يعتبر جريمة.
