  قال حسن خريشة النائب الثاني في المجلس التشريعي الفلسطيني:
  اكد ان هناك اجماع شعبي ووطني على رفض الاعتقال السياسي وبهذه المره الاعتقال السياسي مرفوض على المستوى السياسي والعشبي والمطلوب اطلاق سراحهم فورا وكل المبررات التي تساق للهذا الاعتقال ستسقط امام الواقع والحقيقة التي تقول يجب على السلطة ان لا تعتقل ابنائها.
  كل الاعتقالات السياسية منذ عام 1996 حتى هذه اللحظة هي مرتبطة في الاجنبي.
  هناك تنسيق امني واضح بين السلطة الفلسطينية والاسرائيليين رغم ان هناك قرار من المجلس المركزي الفلسطيني والذي يقال انه اعلى سلطة في الشعب الفلسطيني قال انه يجب وقف التنسيق الامني مع الاسرائيليين وصوط عليه الرئيس عباس كما صوت عليه مل اعضاء اللجنة التنفيذية وحتى هذه اللحظة لم يتم.
  كل هذه الاعتقالات تأتي في الطرف الاسرائيلي والتعهدات التي وضعها رئيس السلطة على نفسه بان لا تطلق رصاص واحد اتجاه الاسرائيليين.
  مطلوب في هذه المرحلة ان يعلوا الصوت عالي لدى كل الاطراف.
