  - الفصائل مع ضخ دماء جديد من ابناء شعبنا في الانتخابات، واعتقد ان هذه الخطوة ستعزز الانقسام، وهل تملك حكومة التوافق ان تجري هذه الانتخابات في كل المناطق سواء في مناجق القدس او غزة ون تواقف مع الفصائل.
  - دون توافق وطني لن تجري انتخابات في غزة.
  - وهل اذا نجح اد افراد حماس في الانتخابات، فهل سيسمحون له بتولي المهام، فهناك خصومة سياسية في الضفة الغربية تقضيعلى شرعية انتخابات، وكلنا نشاهد الملاحقات الامنية من السلطة لعناص حماس وفي الجامعات ايضا.
  - نتسائل من سيشارك في الانتخابات ونص الشعب الفلسطيني ملاحق ولا يستطيع ممارسة اعماله.
  - اذا ما افترضنا ان اللجنة التنفيذية هي التي تاخذ القرارات، وهل هي شرعية اصلا؟؟
  - ليس لدينا واقع اجتماعي سياسي اقتصادي يؤدي الى نتائج جيدة، ولو اطلعنا على الوضع في غزة فهناك مساحة ايجابية، ولكن حكومة الحمد الله لا تمارس دورها في غزة، ويتكم ادارة الخدمات في غزة ضمن امكانيات بسيطة المتوفرة.
  - ليس منطقيا في ظل النقسام والاحتقانات ان ننتج انتخابات جيدة.
  - يجب العودة الى وثيقة الوفاق الوطني ولا يجوز لاحد ان ياخذ جزء منه ويبني عليه، ولدينا كنز وهو ووثيقة الوفاق الوطني.
  
  قال يحيى رباح القيادي في حركة فتح
  - الانتخابات التسريعي والرئاسية بحاجة الى اجماع وطني، ولكن الانتخابات المحلية لا تحتاج الى ترتيبات بين الفصائل فهذه الانتخابات تنتج من يقدم الخدمات للمواطنين.
  - لا يمكن ان نتخلى عن المصالحة، وعلى الكل رغم اختلاف وجهات النظر الا ان دور البلديات هو اصلاح العمل بها لتقدم خدمات وتلبيت احتياجات المواطنين، وعلينا ان نثمن كل عمل ايجابي.
  - اجراء الانتخابات يحدث صلاة ترابط بين ابناء الشعب ويجعلهم يتواصلون مع بعضهم البعض.
  - عليا ان نكون ايجابيين لعل هذه الانتخابات تعطي امل وتوحد المواقف الفلسطينية.
  - لتجري الانتخابات وليفوز من يفوز والكفاءات هي التي تفوز وهذه الانتخابات ليست سياسية في الاساس وانما تقديم خدمات يومية للمواطنين.
