  أن صياغة هذا القرار لم تكن مصرية صرفة ولكن هناك العديد من الجوانب صاغها الجانب الفلسطيني، لذلك لا يمكن تحميل محتوى القرار بالكامل لمصر فهو كذب وعلى مصر ألا تستمع لهذا الهراء.
