  قدمت حركة حماس شكوى رسمية غلى لجنة الانتخابات المركزية تتضمن تقريراً موسعاً حول مجمل الانتهاكات التي مارستها اجهزة السلطة في الضفة ضد المرشحين من القوائم المدعومة من الحركة، وإشارة الحركة خلال بيان لها الى ان الانتهاكات تنوعة بين التهديد او الاستدعاء او الاعتقال او اطلاق النار ووضع العبوات ومداهمت المسلحين للمنازل المرشحين، الى جانب المزدوج الاحتلال باستهداف بعض المرشحين واعتقالهم خاصة في مدينة الخليل.
  
  قال حازم قاسم الناطق باسم حركة حماس عبر اتصال هاتفي :
  • بعد تصاعد الانتهاكات والتجاوزات التي تمارسها السلطة واجهزتها الامنية وبعض عناصر فتح بحق المرشحين التي تنوي حماس دعم قوائمهم.
  • بدأت السلطة في تعكير اجواء العملية الديمقراطية المتوقعة، هذه انتهاكات تنوعة بين التهديد او الاستدعاء او الاعتقال او اطلاق النار ووضع العبوات ومداهمت المسلحين للمنازل المرشحين، الى جانب المزدوج الاحتلال باستهداف بعض المرشحين واعتقالهم وتهديدهم بقطع الراتب.
  • نتوقع ونقول للجنة الانتخابات ان اي نتائج تخرج في ظل هذا الوضع والقمع والتهديد والارهاب التي تمارسه السلطة فان هذه النتائج لن تكون بضرورة تعبر عن ارادة الشعب ولن تكون مقياس لوزن هذه الفصائل المشاركة.
  • نحن الان اتخذنا مواقف قانونية حسب القانون والعملية النظامية للانتخابات تقدمنا بهذه الشكوى نتوقع من لجنة الانتخابات ان تضع حد لهذه التجاوزات.
  • اتخذنا مواقف قانونية حسب القانون والدستور والعملية النظامية للانتخابات تقدمنا بهذه الشكوى نتوقع ان تضع لجنة الانتخابات ان تضع حد لهذه التجاوزات.
  • اذا استمرت هذه الانتخابات بهذا الشكل فأننا سنتخذ خطوات اضافية على المستوى السياسي والاعلامي والقانوني ولكن لن نسمح لسلطة بحسم قرار العملية او تغير ارادت الشعب او الإلتفاف عليها.
