  ندعم التحركات السياسية لالتي يقوم بها السيد الرئيس محمود عباس التي أقرتها منظمة التحرير وحركة فتح باعتبارها جبهة حيوية في إطار العمل الوطني لإنهاء الاحتلال الإسرائيلي ونيل الاستقلال الوطني الفلسطيني.
  أن التوجه للأمم المتحدة عبر مجلس الأمن هو حق فلسطيني لا يقبل التأويل أو المساومة ويمثل اختبارا لقدرة المجلس في ضمان الأمن والسلم الإقليميين باعتبار أن إقامة الدولة الفلسطينية هو الاختبار الحاسم لذلك.
  نحذر المجلس الثوري من أن عدم اضطلاع مجلس الأمن بالقيام بواجباته تجاه إنهاء الاحتلال الإسرائيلي سيفتح المجال أمام إعلان نهاية عملية السلام.
  فوض المجلس اللجنة المركزية لحركة فتح بأي قرارات يمكن اتخاذها بما في ذلك وقف أي علاقة رسمية نتجت عن اتفاق أوسلو مع الكيان الإسرائيلي وكافة الالتزامات المترتبة عليه .
  إن المفاوضات باتت غاية لحكومة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي لإطالة لأمد الاحتلال ولإدارة الصراع وليس لإنهائه، مضيفا أن المفاوضات هي إحدى الوسائل الفلسطينية لنيل الاستقلال الوطني وقد أعطيت كل الوقت والجهد واستنفذت كل الفرص لنجاحها.
  شدد المجلس الثوري على ربط استئناف مفاوضات مع الكيان الإسرائيلي بوقف البناء الاستيطان بما فيه في القدس المحتلة ووقف التعديات في الحريم القدسي الشريف والإقرار بحدود الدولة الفلسطينية والاستعداد المسبق لإنهاء الاحتلال الإسرائيلي.
  اعتبر المجلس الثوري أن أي قانون إسرائيلي سيطرح لفرض التقسيم الزماني والمكاني في المسجد الأقصى باطل وفق القانون الدولي وهي خطوة ستفجر المنطقة برمتها.
  طالب المجلس الدول العربية والإسلامية بنصرة الأقصى والقدس ودعم صمود الفلسطينيين في المدينة المحتلة ووقف حالة اللامبالاة أو الإدانة اللفظية.
  في ملف المصالحة الوطنية، جدد المجلس الثوري التأكيد على أن الوحدة الوطنية غاية لقيادة حركة فتح وهي ممر إجباري للتحرر الوطني.
  ثمن المجلس تشكيل حكومة الوفاق الوطني، مؤكدا أن إجراء الانتخابات حق للشعب الفلسطيني بالمشاركة السياسية وواجب الحركة الوطنية لتعزيز العمل الديمقراطي، مطالبا بتحديد موعد دقيق للانتخابات التشريعية والرئاسية خلال فترة زمنية محددة على طريق إنجاز المصالحة الشاملة.
  ننظر بإيجابية لاجتماع حكومة الوفاق في غزة باعتبار أنه خطوة في طريق استعادة وحدة النظام السياسي الفلسطيني وتوحيد مؤسساته، مشددا على ضرورة تمكين حكومة الوفاق ووقف عمل الحكومة الموازية في القطاع.
  وفي الشأن الداخلي لحركة فتح، قرر المجلس الثوري تحديد مطلع العام المقبل موعدا لعقد المؤتمر العام السابع للحركة باعتباره ضرورة حركية وتأصيلا للديمقراطية الداخلية.
