  • لم تصل التحقيقات البلغارية الى نتائج، ووصلت الى نتائج متضاربة ولم نسلم حتى الآن التقرير الرسمي، الجانب البلغاري يميل لأن يسجل القضية ضد مجهول.
  • نحن نعتقد بأن هنالك افراد متورطين بشكل مباشر في تقديم تسهيلات للعدو الصهيوني لأن يقوم بعملية الاغتيال الجبانة في داخل السفارة الفلسطينية.
  • لجنة التحقيق التي حضرت من قبل السلطة خاب املنا فيها ولم تفعل شئ، اللجنة فقط اكتفت بالسياحة في بلغاريا ولم تجري تحقيقات مع اننا اتفقنا معهم مسبقاً منذ وصولهم في اليوم الأول واعطيناهم بعض المفاتيح التي تدل على الأشخاص الذين يجب وينبغي ان يتم التحقيق معهم للوصول الى العناصر التي قامت بعملية التنفيذ في داخل السفارة الفلسطينية، السلطة الفلسطينية لم تقدم لنا يد المساعدة ولم تتحمل مسؤوليتنا كرعاية، وللأسف السفارة كانت كوكر افاعي وادخلت القتلة وقاموا بقتله.
