  إن انعقاد المجلس الثوري فى دورته الـ 17 كان أبناء حركة فتح ينتظر ما سيسفر عنه الإجتماعات، ولكن للاسف جاء بيان المجلس الثوري فى مجمله باهت ضعيف لا يرقي لمستوي الطموحات الخاصة بأبناء الشعب الفلسطيني عامة وأبناء حركة فتح خاصة، موضحاً أن البيان كرر نفسه فى الكثير من القضايا والموضوعات علي غرار الدورة السابقة.
  هناك أطرافاً عدة تدخلت فى مبادرة الرباعية العربية، ورسالة القيادي الفلسطيني محمد دحلان عبارة عن وثيقة وطنية تاريخية تحمل الكثير من المسامحة، كان يجب الرد عليها، لا أن يكون رد الفعل عليها بفصل عدد من سواء من النواب أو أعضاء المجلس الثوري ، وكأنه رد سلبي علي هذه المسألة.
  أن هناك حالة من المماطلة والتسويف بشأن تشكيل المجلس الثوري لعدة لجان قبل انعقاد المؤتمر السابع للحركة ، والذي لن يقام قبل مارس/آذار 2017، وعليه كان من المفترض أن يقدم المجلس الثوري بياناً قوياً واضحاً يعمل علي استنهاض الحركة.
  نحن كنا نامل الكثير من بيان المجلس الثوري بان يوجه رسالة قوية وواضحة للفتحاويين لتعمل على استنهاض الحركة وتوجيه رسالة، عندما يتم الحديث عن بيان المجلس الثوري عن انتخابات التشريعية يجب ان يعاقب اولائكة الذين وافقوا في ظل الظروف على الانتخابات المحلية ووصلنا إلى ما وصلنا إليه اليوم.
  هل من حق النائب محمد دحلان هو ومن غيره بأن يكون له طموح باي منصب رفيع؟ الاجابة نعم من حق اي فلسطيني بان يكون له طموح باي شيء، كان يجب ان يؤخذ برسالة محمد دحلان وان يتم تدارسها، ولكن من الواضح أن البعض من اللجنة المركزية ومن المحيطين حول الرئيس ابو مازن يريدون ان تبقى هذه الفوضى إلى مالا نهاية.
  نحن وجهنا رسالة للاخ الرئيس ابو مازن وقلنا له يجب عليه الاستجابة للمبادرة العربية، وانا دعوت شخصيا كل الفتحاويين المخلصين الذين يرغبوب بأن تكون فتح قوية بعيدة عن كل الخلافات وتستيطع ان تواجه الخصم السياسي وتواجه العدو الاسرائيلي وان تنزل إلى الشارع وتقول كلمتها وان تطالب بوحدة حركة فتح.
  بخصوص المباردة العربية، القيادة الفلسطينية لم تضع ابناء الحركة وابناء شعبنا الفلسطيني بصورة هذه المبادرة، وبالتالي هنا تشكلت الحساسية.
