  تركيا وظفت الورقة الفلسطينية وأزمة قطاع غزة من أجل تحقيق مصالحها الاقتصادية والأمنية، بنود الاتفاق بين تركيا وإسرائيل تعتبر أن قطاع غزة ولاية من الولايات التركية.
  
  الاتفاق التركي الاسرائيلي كان في المقام الأول للبحث عن مصالح اقتصادية لأنقره حيث أن حجم العلاقات بين الجانبين قبل ست سنوات وصل لذروته، حيث كانت أكبر نسبة تبادل في مجال التسليح.
  تطبيع تركيا مع الاحتلال يؤثر سلبا على القضية الفلسطينية، ويعد خرق للتفاهمات التي أقرتها القمة العربية والمؤتمر الإسلامي بعدم التطبيع مع دولة الاحتلال إلا في حال التزامها بالطلبات العربية.
