  قال اللواء عدنان الضميري.
  - مع خروج قوات الاحتلال من مدينة نابلس اطلق بعض المسلحون النار باتجاه مبنى محافظة نابلس وعدد من مواقع الامن الفلسطيني.
  - التقارير الطبية اثبتت ان نوع الرصاصة التي استشهدت بها المواطنة هيلدا الاسطة من نوع ( M16) وهذا رصاص لسلاح لا تستخدمه الاجهزة الأمنية
  - هناك من يريد تهديد السلم الاهلي، وللاسف لا يخلوا الامر من اصحاب اجندات التي تتوافق مع الاحتلال وتنفذ ما يقوله ليبرمان الذي يقول ان الفلسطينيين ليسوا قادرين على حكم انفسهم.
  - نحن نتحدث عن مطلوبين للعدالة وعليهم احكام ومدانين بجرائم اطلاق نار على المواطنين وعلى اجهزة الأمن، وياخذون الأتاوات من الناس، فكيف لشاب بالعشرينات من العمر ويملك سلاح ثمنه أكثر من 80 الف شيكل.
  - القينا القبض على بعض المطلوبين وهم الان هم في قبضة العدالة، ومنهم من يختبئ في بلدات ومدن عظيمة وصاحبة تاريخ نضالي.
  قال خالد ابو هلال
  - دائما نسمع نفس الكلام ان هناك ملاحقات امنية، ونعلم ان هناك صراع بين مراكز القوة التي انشاتها الاجهزة الامنية.
  - لم يسمع احد عن التحقيق في مقتل ابو العز حلاوة على ايدي الاجهزة الامنية، وهناك تسويق للتحقيق.
  - هناك حالة استئصال من حركة فتح لبعض المعارضين التابعين لمحمد دحلان، والتعامل بين الاجهزة الامنية والمواطنين سلبي بسبب ممارسات الأجهزة.
  - الخلل الاساسي هو ان هناك فساد في العقيدة الامنية للاجهزة الامنية والتي تقدس للتنسيق الامني ويتعاون معه، ولا يقدس المواطن الفلسطيني كقيمة.
  - هناك عقيدة فاسدة لدى من يوجه السلاح لابناء الاجهزة الامنية وباتجاه اي مواطن، بدلا من مواجهة الاحتلال ونتركه يعبث بسلطتنا والاجهزة الامنية ويعبث من خلال بعض المجموعات المنفلتة، ولا يحق لمن ينسق مع الاحتلال ان يتهم ابناء شعبنا بالتنسيق مع الاحتلال، ولا يجب التلميح لمن اطلق النار انه يعمل مع اليهود.
  - ما ذكر خليل عساف حول معاناة الناس في الضفة يثبت انه لا ثقة بالقضاء، فلا صوت لاحد يسمع بسبب القمع، وحتى من يتضامن مع الاسرى يقمع، ولم نسمع عن تقديم ضابط للقضاء لمحاسبته، فهذا لا ينتج دولة.
  - من المستحيل ان يتوحد الاجهزة الامنية لانه يخالف اتفاقية اوسلو ولادوار هذه الاجهزة.
  
  قال خليل عساف.
  - كل ما يدور هو خسارة لنا، ونحن نخوف وطننا ونذبح انفسنا ولا نستح الوجود ما دمنا في هذا السلوك والاخلاقيات، ولا يجوز ان يطلق النار من فلسطيني على فلسطيني، وكله يصب في مصلحة الاحتلال.
  - ممكن لاي 5 اشخاص ان يدمروا مدينة نابلس ومدينة نابلس اليوم عانت الكثير، الناس يريدون الوطن والبعض الاخر يريدون مناصب ووكالات واموال، ولا ياتي الوطن الا من خلال النضال.
  - ممنوع اطلاق النار على اجهزة الامن، لانه بداية الخراب والذي شاهدناه في الربيع العربي والى ماذا ادى من دمار.
  - يجب على الاجهزة الامنية ان توجه الأمن وتعمل دون السماع للناس وهمومهم لن يؤدي الى شيء.
  - من يطلق الرصاص عليه ان يحضر الى القضاء، ولو عملنا استفتاء في الضفة حول الثقة في القضاء، سنجد النتيجة 30 % يثقون بالقضاء.
  - تم اعتقال ابو العز حلاوة وقتل، وماذا انتجت اللجنة التي شكلت، ولماذا يعتقل حتى الان ابناء حلاوة دون محاكمة، فهذا استخفاف بعقول المواطنين، ويحول ابناء حلاوة الى مجرمين.
  - اطالب السيد الرئيس ان سيتمع للمواطنين ما يعانون من الاجهزة الامنية.

  - ما جمعناه من دلائل، يثبت ان الاجهزة الامنية استخدمت القوة المميتة رغم انها تسطتيع استخدام اساليب اخرى للتعامل مع المطلوبن.
  - الاجهزة الامنية هي الحكم وتنفذ بيدها كل شيء، ولا تسمح للتدخل الشفاف من قبل اجهزة القضاء، وتدخلها انزل الرعب في المجتمع الفلسطيني، ونشاهد مقاطع الفيديو التي نشرت حول اقتحام مخيم بلاطة، يشبه حالة الحرب وهذا انتهاك للقوانين لحماية المدنيين.

  - الاجهزة الامنية ليس لها علاقة بالامن وتعمل لاجندة معينة، ويجب حلها وان تجمع في جهاز امني واحد وتنظيمه.
  - لماذا لا تحمي الاجهزة الامنية الفلسطينيين من المستوطنين ، وهي تقوم على الاعتقالات التعسفية وهي تنفذ اجندات.
