  حول القرار المصري والطعن في هذا القرار خلال الايام الماضية:
  قال النائب محمد فرج الغول، رئيس كتلة حماس البرلمانية:
  قلنا من اول ما صدر القرار كان قرار ليس في مكانه، كان قرار خاطىء بامتياز لا علاقة له بالقانون بالمطلق ولا علاقة له بسياسية.
  حتى انه من منطلق سياسي لم يكن موفق.
  من الناحية القانونية نحن درسنا بسابق في قرار المحكمة بكتائب القسام، وهذا القرار يعتبر في القانون المصري بالمنعدم يعني غير موجود.
  هذا القرار كان خارج عن اختصاص هذه المحكمة، وقبل اصدارها القرار الظالم بشهرين بحق حركة حماس هي قضة انها ليس من اختصاصها مثل هذه القضايا.
  القرار كان صادم لشعب المصري والشعب الفلسطيني.
  نحن نعتبر ان هذه الخطوة هي خطوة لتصحيح الخطأ، التاريخي الذي صدر من هذه المحكمة، ولكن لا نستطيع ان نحكم على الامور الا بعد النتائج.
  هنا نقول انه اتخذت الخطوة الحكيمة والضرورية والقانونية ورد الشيء الى نصابه في هذا الموضوع.
  العلاقة بين الفلسطينيين والمصريين علاقة اهل وقرابة مصاهرة ودين واسلام وعقيدة.
  نحن نعتبر نفسنا اننا في مقدمة الدفاع عن الامة العربية والاسلامية ومن بينها مصر.
  لو لم تصمد المقاومة في الحروب الثلاثة امام العدو الصهيوني لوجد انت الاحتلال تفرغ لدخول الى مصر وغيرها من الدول الاسلامية.
  معظم المشاكل الموجودة في الامة العربية والاسلامية وراءها الاحتلال الصهيوني ومخططات صهيونية خبيثه.
  يجب على العرب ان يتفقوا ويتوحدوا امام عدو واحد.
  السلطان المزروع في الامة العربية والاسلامية سيبقى هو العدو الصهيوني، وستبقى الخلافات موجودة ما دام هذا السلطان موجود.
  يجب ان نتوحد من اجل ان نختلع السلطان من جذوره، ولنتوحد نحن والجيش المصري وكل الامة العربية من أجل اقتلع هذا السلطان.
  حول الاعتقال السياسي في الفترة الاخيرة :
  للاسف الشديد انا تحدثت من هذا المكان قبل ذلك في قرارات المجلس المركزي، وقلت ان من بين هذه القرارات، وقف التنسيق الامني مع الاحتلال الصهيوني وإحالته الى اللجنة التنفيذية لنظر فيه لتنفيذيه، انا كنت متشكك من هذا القرار.
  وأضح ان التنسيق الامني وصل الى مرحلة والى مدى بعيد وصل الى اكثر من تعاون امني وصل الى خدمه مجانية تقدم للاحتلال بشكل مجاني من جانب ومن جانب ثاني لا يوجد علاقة بين المستوى الامني والسياسي هناك بصورة كبيرة، المستوى الامني مرتبط بالاحتلال بصورة كبيرة وينفذ الاعتقالات قبل قرار المجلس المركزي واثناء وبعد.
  اشعر بان القرار الموجود ينفذ بالعكس.
  للاسف الشديد هي ملاحقة لكل مقاوم، بدأ في حماس في السابق ورجعوا الى كتائب الاقصى وحتى المعسكرات في عناتا وبلاطة وغيرها في الضفة الغربية وحدثت اشتباكات بين المسلحين والاجهزة الامنية، وكذلك مع الجهاد الاسلامي والجبهة الشعبية ومع غيرها من المقاومين.
  هذا يدل على مخطط يحدث لتمرير اشياء تحدث في الخفاء، ووراء الكواليس.
  ما يحدث في الضفة الغربية يبدو ان هناك تنسيق امني كبير ويعود بدرجة كبيرة جداً او ان هناك عدم الانسجام ما بين الاجهزة الامنية وما بين القرار للمجلس المركزي.
  هذه الاعتقالات السياسية اعتقالات سياسية بامتياز لا يوجد بمثلها بالمطلق في قطاع غزة وانا اتحدى في هذا الجانب، الذي يتحمل مسؤوليتها ليس فقط الاجهزة الامنية وانما ايضا عباس شخصيا يتحمل هذه المسؤولية والاجهزة الامنية تتحمل ورئساء الاجهزة الامنية تتحمل المسؤولية.
