  شيع المواطنون في مدينة نابلس ظهر اليوم جثمان الشهيد المسن سعدي السخل الذي توفي يوم امس، في سجن الجنيد التابع لاجهزة امن السلطة في الضفة المحتلة.
  قال ضرغام سماعنة محامي عائلة السخل :
  قبل التطرق الى موضوع التقرير الطبي اريد ان اتحدث عن ما حدث مع المرحوم بزبط.
  هذه هي الرواية الاكيده وان ما اقول مسؤول عنه، قدمت سيارة لاحدى الاجهزة الامنية فيها 3 شباب يلبسون الزي المدني وهذه هي اول مخالفة قانونية في هذا الموضوع، طلبو من الابن الاصغر للمرحوم انور وذلك لدعوى التحقيق في جهاز المخابرات، واريد ان انوه جهاز المخابرات الكائن في المخفية وليس تحقيق الجنيد.
  طلب المرحوم ان يذهب معهم و1ذلك لصغر سن الشاب وحتى لا تطول فترة الاعتقال من قبل الاجهزة الامنية الاخرى.
  الا ان المذكورين رفضو بشدة ان يحضر الوالد المرحوم مع الابن وبعد مشاده كلامية قام احد العناصر بإطلاق النار ولم يعرف السبب حتى الان، وبعدها تم اتصال احد الضباط على احد العناصر وسمح للوالد المرحوم بان ياتي مع الابن الى جهاز المخابرات، وما ان دخل مقر المخابرات حتى اخذ الابن الى غرفة منفصلاً عن والده وما هي الا دقائق وهنا حدثت المنية.
  بطبع كانت هناك حالت سخط شديدة من قبل الاهالي وهنا اريد ان اوضح شيء حدث، فوجء في الاتصال بان سيارة مجهولة احضرت والدهم الى المستشفى "العربي التخصص" من الممكن ان تكون هذه الرواية غير سليمة ولكن الراوي لهذه الرواية 2 من العناصر الامنية وهم من جهاز الشرطة الفلسطيني.
  من قام بابلاغ الاهالي ان جهاز المخابرات، قد القى بالشهيد في المستشفى دون التبليغ عن هويته.
  الذي قال الى الاهالي عن الحادث هو جهاز امني اخرى، قال الى الاهالي ان جهاز المخابرات هو الذي قام بذلك وشتم الجهاز بالحرف وقال انه قام بالقاء ابنكم على الارض.
  بعد ان اخذى الجثمان من المستشفى من قبل الاهالي بحالة سخط شديدة رفض الاهالي بان يخضع الى التشريح وذلك بسبب نسبة تقليلهم بالثقه في القضاء.
  هذه اول مرة يتم اعتقال ابناء المرحوم او احد ابناء عائلة السخل الى جهاز المخابرات وفي كافة المرة كان يعتقل عند اجهزة امنية اخرى معروفة.
  وبعدها بوقت قليل تتدخل رجال العائلة وسمح تشريح الجثمان وانا كنت حاضر على تشريح الجثمان، انا اقول بكل مهنية ما رئية وما اقسم بالله ان ارويه ان الشهيد قد تعرض الى جلطتين دمويتين في الشريانيين الرئيسين المؤديين الى القلب.
  وان لا اريد ان يقال على لساني: انا اقول ان هناك 18 كسر في 18 رئيشه في الصدر اي ان القفص الصدري مكسر في الكامل، وهذا من عمل الطبيب الشرعي ان يحدد اذا كانت هذه الكسور كانت اما من التنفس الاصطناعي او من غير ذلك.
  اريد ان انوه انه كان في الامس اجتماع امني من قبل الاجهزة الامنية، والمفاجء انهم لم يتملص من الموضوع وانما قيل بالحرف الواحد للابن الاكبر للمرحوم الشهيد طارق السخل قيل له : باسم مدير جهاز المخابرات بالضفة الغربية انني اتحمل كامل المسؤولية القانونية عن موت والد اذا ظهر في التحقيق اننا كنا سبب هذه الوفاة.
  لذا ان لن اهاجم ولن اتهم ولن احاكم قبل المحاكمة، هناك تحقيق في النيابة العامةن هناك لجان مختصلة شكلت لتحقيق في الموضوع وهناك مؤسسات حقوق الانسان تراقب وتحقق معنا في التشريح.
  لن نتهم احد بقتل الشهيد السخل الا بعد ان تظهر عملية التحقيق النهائين نحن نرفض ما صدر اليوم بان النمرحوم توفي بتشمع في الكبد.
  سيتم تحقيق مع القوة التنفيذية التي قامت في المداهمة، لماذا تم اطلاق النار ولماذا داهمتم بهذه الطريقة ولماذا داهمتم بزي المدني، من الذي غرر بكم وقال لكم داهمو وانه لم يمضي على خروج شقيقه الاكبر من اسدن الا 10 ايام.
  المسؤولية السياسية فانا اطلب الرئيس محمود عباس بانهاء ملف الاعتقال السياسي بضفة الغربية، الضفة الغربية يا سيادة الرئيس منهكه تماماً من الناحية الاقتصادية والاحتلال ولا ينقصها هذا الانهاك.
  هناك اخطاء تقع من القوى التنفيذية اقول مر اخرى انا اتعامل بمهنية لا اتهم احد، هناك جهل من القوى التنفيذية التي تنفذ على الارض، هناك عمليات يقوم بها عناصر لا يعلم بها رئسائهم ونحن لدينا الدليل لا اتحدث عن حالة ابو طارق السخل.
  اريد ان اطالب اذا اريد التحقيق في قضية ابو طارق السخل فيجب التحقيق في القضية منذ عامين، وهذه العائلة تتعرض للاعتقالات.
  نريد حل ناجع لهذه العائلة نريد حل لملف هذه العائلة ونريد ان نعلم من هو مستهدف هذه العائلة.
  قال مصعب سعدي السخل عبر اتصال هاتفي:
  الحمد لله انه قضاء وقدر وان الله اخترى له الافضل وتوفي على ايدي "جواسيس" لانهم نفس اليهود.
  عندما اعتقلوني من باب المحل في الامس حدث مناقشات بان أذهب او لا أذهب، اتصل ضابط من المخابرات اسمه هيثم زهران وتم التكلم مع الوالد من هاتف الضابط الموجود وقال له تعال مع ابنك.
  عندما جاءت ان اصعد الى الدورية وقام احدهم بدفش والدي وقال له اطلع انت في سيارتك الشخصية لا استطيع ان اطلعك معي.
  فقمت بدفش العسكري وقام بسحب سلاحه واطلق النار باتجاهي واتجاه اخي الذي كان بجانبي ونزل السائق وقام باطلاق النار علينا.
  وبعد ذلك تجمعت الناس وقمنا بذهب معهم الى المقر وتم ادخالي الغرف، جاء هيثم زهران اخذ والدي وخرج به ، وبعد عشر دقائق تكهرب الوضع وقلت له اعطيني ماء الرجل قلب فسئلة ماذا يحدث فقال لي نزل معه الضغط لا يوجد شيء وقمنا بنقله الى المستشفىن وبعد نصف ساعة اغلق الباب وحدث عندهم استنفار فقلت لهم والدي حدث له شيء فقال لي لا بس دخل المستوطنين على البلد، ولذلك تم اغلاق البابن وجاء على بعدها ضابط اسمه محمود القله وقال لي بانه اتصل هاتفياً مع المستشفى وان والدك ذهب الى البيت وهو الان بوضع جيد.
  وبعدها جاء على 5 عساكر واعطوني الهوية وقال لي تستطيع ان تذهب فقلت لهم اريد ان اعلم لماذا تم اخذي الى هنا ولم يتم التحقيق معي فقال لي اننا قمنا بحل مشكلتك.
  وبعد خروجي فوجئت بان والدي كان متوفي، وانا كنت متأكد بان والدي نزل من فوق متوفي وانا مسؤول عن كلامين لان بعدها بعشر دقائق حدث توتر واستنفار في داخل الجهاز.
  عندما تم اعتقال تم ضربي في المسدس على ظهر وتم شتمي من قبل العسكري، ولم يتم ضرب والدي من قبل اي شخص ولكن تم ضربي انا فقط.
  اؤكد ان د. ابو زعرور الذي قام في عملية التشريح وهناك غيره ايضاً، تم القاء النظر على عملية التشريح وتقرير اليوم او غداً سيخرج ونحن سنوجه الى كل وسائل الاعلام نسخه عن التقرير الذي سيخرج، هم جلتطين مفاجئات وهو توفي في داخل جهاز المخابرات.
  أؤكد الى قادت الاجهزة الامنية كاملاً في سجن الجنيد في الامس بان هيثم زهرتن و3 عساكر الذين جاء الى اعتقالنا دمائهم مهدوره لدى عائلة السخل.
  تنعى حركة الجهاد الاسلامي بدورها الشهيد سعدي السخل قالت ان ما جرى يمثل شكل سافراً من اشكال التعدي على المواطنين وانتهاك حقوقهم في الضفة الغربية من قبل الاجهزة الامنية وخاصة من جهاز المخابرات.
