  قال د. رباح مهنا عضو المكتب السياسي للجبهة الشعبية من غزة :
  انا بصراحة غير متفائل بهذه اللقاءات، ولا اريد لابناء شعبنا ان يتفائلوا تفاؤل ليس له اي اساس حتى لا يحبطوا.
  في اعتقادي ان فتح وحماس لم تذهب إلى المصالحة بطريقة جدية للعديد من الاسباب "اولا" الارادة الحقيقية لدى قيادة فتح وحماس لم تأتي بعد لانهاء الانقسام، "وثانيا" هناك تدخلين مهمين تدخل برئاسة امريكا لا يريد المصالحة لانها تعطل مشروع قيري، والتدخل الاخر من دول اقليمية خاصة قطر وتركيا وقد تكون حكومة مصر قد لا تريد المصالحة.
  ادعوا كافة جماهير شعبنا الفلسطيني وفي مقدمتهم جماهير فتح وحماس بأن تتحرك باسلوب ضاغط على فتح وحماس من اجل انهاء الانقسام.
  عدم تحقيق المصالحة هو اولا هو استحقاق مطلوب دوليا واقليميا، وثانيا هناك حصص فئوية ترتبت على هذه المصالحة لتنظيمات وحتى اشخاصن وثالثا هناك مشروعين بالسياسة انه يعتقد مشروع يعتقد انه سيعود لمفاوضات والمشروع الاخر يريد ان يعمل امارة بغزة كي تكون جزء من الامارة الاسلامية وهذا مشروع خاطئ وخطير لمواجهة هذه المشاريع لا بد لنا من اجراء حوار سياسي للاتفاق على اجندة سياسية تستند إلى وثيقة الوفاق الوطني، و لا بد من تفعيل الاطار المؤقت لمنظمة التحرير حتى يجري الحوار السياسي لبحث كل قضايا الشعب الفلسطيني، وايضا لا بد من ان ننحاز إلى مشروعنا المقاوم في مواجهة الاحتلال.

  انا اشارك الاخ رباح مهنا الرأي تماما ان هذه المرة لن تختلف عن المرات السابقة، ولكن مع اختلافي معه حول من هو السبب، في اعتقادي انه من الظلم ان احمل المسؤولية لفتح وحماس علما ان الدكتور رباح يعلم انه في اتفاق الدوحة تم التوقيع من فتح وحماس على ورقة الاتفاق وبعد اقل من 3 ساعات قامت حماس بالغاء التوقيع ولم تعترف بالتوقيع الذي تم من قبل السيد خالد مشعل.
  انا اشاهد كالتالي انه صحيح ان هناك عوائق كبيرة ضد المصالحة ولن تحدث لان الارادة الموجودة عند حماس هي مختلفة بين القيادة السياسية وقيادة الميدان بحماس، ارى انه ليس من المصلحة للقيادة الميدانية بحماس ان يكون هناك توحيد للوطن نظرا للمصالح التي اصبحت موجودة عند هذا الطرف من قيادة حماس.
  صحيح ان امريكا واسرائيل لا تريد المصالحة واهداف امريكا بعدم المصالحة هو الابقاء على القضية الفلسطينية والشعب الفلسطيني منقسم حتى تقول ان الفلسطينيين ليسوا موحدين ولا يوجد من يمثلهم.
  القيادة الفلسطينية وعلى رأسها الرئيس ابو مازن اكثر من مرة قالوا لا لامريكا سواء بتوقيع ورقة القاهرة او بالذهاب إلى إيران أو بالذهاب إلى سوريا، ولكن انا اقول هناك عامل اساسي مهم انه عدم وجود شراكة حقيقية بين التنظيمات الفلسطينية كلها وعلى فتح اولا تعتبر ان التنظيمات الفلسطينية كلها المنضوية تحت منظمة التحرير هي شريك اساسي ليس فقط من اجل المصالحة بل شريكة بكل القضايا.
  بقاء الانقسام حتى هذه اللحظة هو الوقوف من قبل الاخوة بالتنظيمات الفلسطينية في موقع الوسط بين الطرفين وتحميل المسؤولية للجهتين فتح وحماس، انا اعتقد أن هذا خطأ كان يجب أن يتحمل المسؤولية لطرف المعيق للمصالحة بغض النظر سواء كان فتح او حماس، وعلى التنظيمات الفلسطينية جميعها أن تقول أن هذا التنظيم هو الذي يتحمل المسؤولية عند ذلك يكون هناك تحرك جماهيري لتحميل الطرف المعطل للمصالحة المسؤولية.
  بخصوص تصريحات ياسر عبد ربه، اقول ان ياسر عبد ربه لا يمثل حركة فتح، واقول ان اللجنة التنفيذية لمنظمة التحرير هي لجنة عاجزة لا تستطيع ان تعطي موقف واضح صريحا وتحمل المسؤولية إلى أي طرف بغض التنظر عن موضوع المصالحة فقط حتى في قرارات اخرى اللجنة التنفيذية لا تستطيع أن تفعل شيء وعليها أن تستقيل افضل لها من ان تبقى صورة لا تؤدي عملا على المستوى الوطني الا البيانات والتصريحات وانا اكثر من مرة دعوت اللجنة التنفيذية إلى الاستقالة.
  نحن لم نطلب من حماس سياسيا أي شيء، حماس تستطيع ان تبقى كما تدعي انها مقاومة وانها تقاوم علما ان هذا الكلام غير صحيح والكل يعرف بغزة ان حماس تقوم باعتقال المقاومين الذين يقاومون اسرائيل واصبحت الان حماس تقوم بفعل السلطة الذي كانت تقوم به السلطة قبل عشر سنوات، وبالتالي اصبح هذا الكلام بالحديث عن المقاومة هو بالقاموس المحلي لدى حماسن وما قلنا عنه بالسابق عبثي اصبحوا هم يتحدثوا عنه خياني، انا اقول على التنظيمات الفلسطينية اولا وشعبنا الفلسطيني ثانيا بأن يذهب ويخرج إلى الشارع ويقول ان هذا التنظيم هو الذي يتحمل السؤولية بغض النظر سواء كان من فتح أو حماس.
  بصراحة بتقديري لن تكون هناك مصالحة لان عقلية الاخوان المسلمين والتي حماس هي فرعها بفلسطين لا تؤمن بالشراكة على المستوى السياسي ولا حتى على المستوى الوطني بل هي تريد الهيمنة وتريد ان تكون بديلا لاي كان وبالتالي اقول ان المصالحة بعيدة المنال علما اننا نتمناها ونحن ذاهبون اليها.
