  قال محمد جودة النحال :
  الذي يحدث في قطاع غزة رسالة للجميع انه لا يوجد به امن، ظهر السبت تم اقتحام مؤسسة رعاية اسر الشهداء والجرحى في قطاع غزة وهذا المركز قريب من مركز الشرطة، وقامت المجموعة المقتحمة البالغ عددها خمسين شخص مكشوفي الوجه حسب شهود عيان بالعبث بمحتويات المؤسسة وملفات اسر الشهداء وقام بتكسير كل شي بالمؤسسة وغادروا المكان في وضح النهار، وبالتالي كان هناك قرار من قبل الاخت رئيسة المؤسسة ام جهاد بان يتم اغلاق هذه المؤسسة حتى يتم الكشف عن الجناة.
  
  يجب على فصائل منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية والقوى الوطنية والاسلامية في قطاع غزة ان تقف وقفة جماعية جادة بوجه من لا يريد ان يمكن حكومة الاخ رامي الحمدلله من استلام العمل في قطاع غزة، لا يمكن ان يكون هناك اعادة اعمار دون ان يكون هناك حكومة وفاق فلسطينية وهذا شرط من الدول المانحة.
  
  قطاع غزة بدون حكومة الوفاق الوطني الفلسطيني لا يمكن ان ينعم بالامن والاستقرار، الان هناك من يريد افشال حكومة الوفاق في قطاع غزة، ولكن يجب على الفصائل والكل الفلسطيني ان يتحرك وان يفضح بان لا يريد ان تتم حكومة وفاق وطني فلسطيني وان تستلم زمام المبادرة.
  
  يجب علينا كفلسطينيين ان تراهن على وحدتنا، وعلى وحدة الصف الوطني الفلسطيني وان لا نراهن على اي اجندات خارجية، نحن اصحاب مشروع وطني فلسطيني.
  
  قطاع غزة ليس فتح وحماس فقط، واذا لم تتحرك الفصائل الان وتقول كلمتها سيكون دمار لكل شعبنا الفلسطيني، وبالتالي اقول للذين يحلون بان يكون قطاع غزة وطن بديل لا يمكن ان يحدث هذا.
  
  نحن في حركة فتح سنبقى صمام الامان الذي يحافظ على وحدتنا الوطنية الفلسطينية وان نقفز عن كل الاشكالات من اجل ان نكون حرصين على دماء الشهداء.
  
  الان الموجودين من حركة حماس في قطاع غزة في مراكز الشرطة هم المسؤولين المسؤولية الكاملة عن امن قطاع غزة سواء كان هناك مشكلة بالرواتب ام لا توجد، وبالتالي هم يتحملون هذه المسؤولية بصفتهم مسؤولين عن الامن، لا يجوز ان نسمح بفلتنان امني في قطاع غزة من اجل ان نقول انه لا يوجد رواتب في قطاع غزة، ونحن نقول مكنوا حكومة الوفاق في قطاع غزة وتبدأ اللجان بالعمل حتى يتم صرف الرواتب لكل من يستحق هذه الرواتب.

  ما جرى في قطاع غزة هو اعادة انتاج الفوضى الخلاقة التي عشناها نحن في قطاع غزة قبل الاحداث المؤلمة التي جرت بتاريخ 14 /6/2007، نحن شاهدنا هذه الفئة البغيضه التي خرجت على الرئيس ياسر عرفات في ساحات وشوارع قطاع غزة، وهي الان نفسها وذاتها بنفس الادوات وبنفس الطريقة تخرج ايضا على الرئيس الفلسطيني ابو مازن بنفس الاسلوب.
  نحن نقول ان مشروع ليبرمان لم يمر على شعبنا الفلسطيني وعلى حركة فتح، بالمناسبة ليست فتح وحدها المستهدفة على المستوى التنظيمي، المستهدف المشروع الوطني برمته، وبالتالي نحن علينا نحن كفتحاويين وفلسطينيين وطنيين ان نتصدى لهذا المشروع.
  كل الذين خرجوا الان على فتح الكل يعرف ما هو مكانهم والعديد يعلم ان الذي يقف خلفهم العديد من القوى الدولية والاقليمية، الذين خرجوا على فتح هم على قارعة الطريق و"مزابل" التاريخ، وبالتالي حركة فتح قادرة ان تستجمع قوتها، وبالتالي اذا ارادوا هؤلاء ان يمرروا على فتح سياسة معينة اقول لهؤلاء ان فتح لن يمر عليها سياسات، واقول لهؤلاء ان لا يمكن لاي قوى دولية ان تستطيعوا ان تسلبوا اداردة حركة فتح، حركة فتح قادرة على حماية ذاتها وتطوير ذاتها واعادة تنظيم صفوفها بطريقة ديمقراطية.
