  قال مفيد الحساينة وزير الاشغال ، خلال ورشة عمل نظمتها الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين بعنوان "ازمة الكهرباء ورؤيتنا الى الحل".
  اتمنى ان لا يكون هناك انتشار لاصابع الاتهام لطرف او لطرف اخر، انتمى من كل الشخصيات الاعتبارية الذي لها كل الاحترام ان تكون هذه الجلسة جلسة حقية لوضع خارطة طريق ومناقشة كل القضايا المسببة لقضية الكهرباء وليس تحميل طرف على طرف واتمنى ان لا يكون هناك جزء التناقض الشديد.
  نحن لسنا مع من ذهب ليحرق مقرات شركة الكهرباء وليس مع من ذهب يحرق صور الشهيد ابو عمار او صور رئيس الوزراء، هذا ليس هو الشعب الفلسطيني، فالشعب الفلسطيني هو اكبر من ذلك.
  قضية الكهرباء هي هم كبير لدى الكل الفلسطيني لدى القيادات الفلسطينية ولدى حركة حماس وكل الفصائل الفلسطينية ورجال الاعمال وكل الشخصيات الذي نعتبرها شخصيات اعتبارية في هذا المجتمع الفلسطيني.
  اتمنى ان تكون الامور اهدأ من ذلك بكثير جدا لان ردات الفعل ان لا تكون بهذه السلوكيات، نحن جلسنا كثيرا بهذه القضية وجلسنا مع كل الاخوة في الفصائل وللاسف بعد ان نخرج يكون هناك بعض النقاش على الفضائيات يختلف عما يكون فيه الحديث اثناء الجلسات، للاسف يتم التوافق على بعض الخطوط الايجابية وبعد ذلك يخرج علينا بعض الاشخاص او بعض الاخوة الاعزاء في بعض الصحف والفضائيات لينسف لما تم التوافق عليه وهذا لا يساعدنا نحن في حكومة الوفاق في اجراء عملنا.
  قبل البدء في هذه الورشة يمكننا ان نصل الى حلول ولكن بعض السلوك السلبي، اقول بكل وضوح ان هذه السلوك السلبي لها ردات فعل سلبية وهذا للاسف ما اصبح كثيرا مع بعض القيادات، نحن اليوم كل القيادات الفلسطينية لا تعرف ان تتحدث الا عبر الفضائيات وبالمناكفات.
  نحن نعيش في حصار، وكيل الاتهامات امر غير لائق في الشارع الفلسطيني، انا شخصيا لن اسمح بهذا الاسلوب وان اتطاول على اي طرف.
